Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Statistical Programming with expertise in oncology to lead our programming team and contribute to global regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of statistical programming, regulatory standards, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Partner with Head of Statistical Programming to define and execute a comprehensive programming strategy
- Lead and oversee a team of internal/FSP programmers and CROs
- Drive the creation, review, and validation of SAS/R programs for SDTM/ADaM datasets
- Collaborate with Biostatistics, Clinical Development, Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs
- Lead the programming contribution to global regulatory submissions
- Champion adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
- Establish and maintain robust programming processes, infrastructure, and SOPs
