Job Description
Birdy Grey is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Integration Analyst / System Administrator to ensure the daily operational health and seamless data flow across our core e-commerce and fulfillment systems.
Requirements
- Analyzing business processes and technical needs across teams
- Defining clear integration requirements for new features and system enhancements
- Implementing and maintaining integration workflows
- Assisting with user provisioning, permissions, and routine maintenance tasks
- Proactively monitoring the health of all data flows and integrations
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex data flow errors and system issues
- Performing manual and automated API calls and testing
- Designing and executing detailed test cases to validate the effectiveness and integrity of all integration solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
