As an Integration Analyst, you will conduct discovery sessions, define functional and non-functional requirements, and create detailed data mapping specifications and integration workflows. You will also provide support to the implementation team and participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 5 or more years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software systems
- Deep knowledge of at least one major enterprise software vendor or category of business systems
- Understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, file-based transfers, middleware platforms)
- Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP)
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Project management or business analysis certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or four additional years' experience in lieu of degree
