Job Description
SelectLeaders is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to lead the acquisition, bridge, construction, refinance, recapitalization, and private equity debt financing for a private equity debt solution and advisory firm specializing in the real estate capital cycle. The role involves oversight, underwriting, capital stack strategy, offering memorandum preparation, lender sourcing, term sheet execution, due diligence, and closing, with a focus on building a team and ensuring client success.
Requirements
- Review deal requests and gather material.
- Input data into models and ensure alignment with market expectations.
- Design optimal capital structures.
- Negotiate, mark up and create offer memos.
- Manage lender and 3rd party questions.
- Coordinate loan closings and post-close activities.
