Job Description
Golub & Company is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to manage their real estate private equity financial modeling, investor offerings, and a modern investor relations platform. This role will focus on building and maintaining complex financial models, leading data management, and coordinating audits and reporting. The position will report to the Chief Investment Officer and be integral to the investor relations management of a large portfolio of properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years' experience in private equity real estate investment
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment concepts
- Prior experience preparing complex financial models and investor reporting
- Comfort with direct stakeholder communication with institutional investors
- Prior experience managing third-party data subscriptions
- Comfort with working remotely once per week
