Senior Counsel, Transactions

BitGo is a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions. This role will provide support on commercial agreements relating to BitGo's custody, trading and staking services primarily in the APAC region.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised university in the US/UK/Singapore/Hong Kong or any other relevant jurisdiction
• 4+ years PQE experience in a top-tier law firm with exposure to international legal systems and ways of doing business and/or in-house legal experience at an international financial services or crypto company
• At least 3 years of transactions experience at a law firm
• Ability to draft complex legal clauses and manage transactions with sophisticated institutional counterparties and outside law firms
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess and balance legal risks against business interests
