Job Description
BitMEX is seeking a highly skilled Custody Engineering Lead to enhance the security, efficiency, and scalability of their deposit, custody, and withdrawal systems. This technical leader will collaborate with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers, driving development and implementation of innovative solutions for secure asset management. The role focuses on safeguarding users' assets and expanding supported currency and network offerings.
Requirements
- Lead the development and implementation of secure and efficient custody solutions for various cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with the Head of Custody and Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers to define technical strategy and roadmap for custody, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize the efficiency and reliability of deposit and withdrawal processes, ensuring fast and seamless transactions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
