Enterprise Account Executive - Europe

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving complex, value-based sales
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact
• Experience with "land & expand"
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and navigating large, complex organizations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Capable of quickly learning new software products and clearly communicating value propositions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined sales process management
• Self-starter with strong time management and decision-making abilities
