We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - Dutch Speaking (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team. Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities
- Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needs
- Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn
- Drive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions
- Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business
- Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth
