BizAway is a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise, delivering the future of travel. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.
Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway's onboarding resources to each client's needs.
- Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn
- Drive adoption of BizAway's platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions.
- Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business.
- Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth.
