BizAway is a fast-growing B2B scale-up looking for a driven and passionate International Recruiter to contribute to the growth and success of their global team. The recruiter will be responsible for worldwide recruitment, CV screening, and maintenance of the recruitment database.
Requirements
- Experience of a minimum of 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience with the LinkedIn recruiter
- Experience with Technical roles like Frontend, Backend, DevOps (Javascript languages)
- Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, Google Workplace Suite, ATS, etc
- Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects
- Ability to communicate kindly and to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory
