We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Travel Agent with experience in customer care call centers to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience. The role involves end-to-end travel management, comprehensive booking, policy-compliant guidance, adaptive problem solving, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent
- Excellent knowledge of English and one of the languages Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French
- Excellent knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress
- Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, airfare rates, and visa regulations
