Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent (preferably business travel in the corporate sector)
• Fluent command of the German language (native or C1 level)
• Knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress
• Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, airfare rates, and visa regulations
