Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent, preferably in the business travel sector.
- Fluent command of the German language (native or C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress.
