Scheduler/Planner

Bizzell US is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler/Planner to join their AMES NASA team. This role is crucial for ensuring successful project planning, scheduling, and execution, involving collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. The goal is to optimize project timelines, manage schedules, and contribute to the overall success of complex projects within the NASA environment.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule status reports to project teams and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling best practices and standards.
• Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and critical path analysis.
