Job Description
Suffolk is a national enterprise building, innovating, and investing. They are seeking a highly motivated Planner (Scheduler) to join their team, providing planning support for vertical construction projects. The role involves creating construction schedules using scheduling software, merging 3D BIM models with CPM schedules, and providing technical input to ensure successful project execution. This position offers a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment within a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable discipline
- Experience preparing CPM schedules for vertical construction projects
- Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules in a region
- Willingness to obtain AACE PSP certification within 6 months
- Excellent computer skills
