Senior Project Manager

BKF is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and build on their presence in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves overseeing transportation initiatives from concept through completion, guiding strategy and stakeholder engagement, and representing BKF in client meetings. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a background in civil infrastructure projects, possessing strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California is required
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing transportation civil infrastructure projects
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic market positioning
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and AutoCAD/Civil 3D
