Senior Project Manager

BKF, a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Santa Rosa, CA office. This role involves leading and managing complex transportation infrastructure projects from inception to completion, mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation design and has a passion for client management and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California
• 10+ years of experience managing transportation civil infrastructure projects
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and a strong background in design using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
