We are looking for our first dedicated Talent Partner to help us scale rapidly across technical and commercial functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to recruit in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Strong execution skills
• Experience recruiting across US and European markets
• Exceptional at building trust and credibility with hiring managers and candidates
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Deep familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
