Job Description
Jiffy is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for their technical, product, marketing, and operations teams. This role focuses on building and optimizing hiring pipelines, designing inclusive search strategies, and driving exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify and engage top talent, and contribute to Jiffy's company culture.
Requirements
- 6 -10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical roles
- 5+ years of experience hiring world-class technical talent, ideally in early-stage fast-growing startups
- Demonstrated experience building and executing creative sourcing strategies from scratch
- Expertise with sourcing tools and innovative outbound methods
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with ability to analyze pipeline metrics
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and other HR software ( Ashby)
- Strong collaboration, planning, prioritizing, and time-management skills
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation abilities
