Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a ServiceNow Specialist to offer services as an expert based in Austria. The work will be carried out in the company's premises or on-site at customer premises.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. information science, engineering, etc.)
- 7 years of IT professional experience
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems
- Experience with ServiceNow products IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules Discovery (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITOM)
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management processes and related technologies
- ServiceNow certification (CIS, CSA, or ITSM) is mandatory
