Line Cook

Line cooks will be responsible for food preparation and execution, including knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge, in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Opportunities for AM and PM shifts at three restaurants are available.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of proper food handling procedures (blanching, sautéing, standard breading)
• Intermediate knife skills
• Basic kitchen operations experience
• Experience cooking in a high level, fast-paced kitchen
