BlackCloak is looking for a Director, Technical Success to lead client-facing technical teams and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a deep technical background, a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams, and experience in cybersecurity, customer support, and solutions engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience in customer support, solutions engineering, or similar technology role
- 5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as information technology, cybersecurity, privacy, identity theft, fraud
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable, such as GIAC (GCIH, GCFA), CISSP, or CompTIA Security+
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
