As an Account Manager for the East & LATAM region, you’ll oversee a portfolio of Blacklane’s most strategic enterprise clients across Eastern North America and Latin America.
Requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients across the East Coast and LATAM
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights
- Represent Blacklane at industry events and client meetings
