Development Engineer (m/f/d) – composite and metal technologies for advanced COPV Technologies - Aerospace

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Blackwave, you’ll develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for lightweight, high-performance composite components for aerospace applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
• Initial professional experience in manufacturing processes especially winding or lightweight construction with experience with composite materials.
• Strong team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and departments.
• Excellent hands-on skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• Creative, curious, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of lightweight engineering.
• Excellent English language skills (at least C1), German skills appreciated
