Structural Analysis Engineering

Structural Analysis Engineer responsible for performing structural and strength analyses for mechanical components and assemblies, supporting static, dynamic, and thermal calculations, and creating and executing FEA / CAE simulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (with strong technical focus)
• Relevant hands-on experience gained through working student positions, internships, or comparable technical university projects
• Experience in finite element modeling and simulation of composite and metallic structures
• Solid understanding of structural mechanics fundamentals (e.g. strength, stiffness, load paths)
• Knowledge of composite and metallic material behavior
• Ability to interpret simulation results and apply sound engineering judgment
• Experience in technical documentation and clear engineering communication
• Experience with programming or automation for analysis (e.g. Python, scripting, parametric workflows) is beneficial
• Business fluent English skills (C-Level), German skills beneficial
