As our People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with German labor law, and maintaining scalable processes. You will also draft employment contracts, manage payroll operations, and support internal events and people initiatives.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of German labor and social security law
- Hands-on mindset and comfort in a broad, end-to-end People operations role
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mentality
- Service-oriented, supportive, and solution-driven approach
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startup / scale-up) is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Personio) and interest in automation & AI
