Blink22 is seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead their design team and drive innovation. The role involves overseeing all aspects of design, from UI/UX to graphic design, and ensuring engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a proven track record of successful design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines
- Expertise in UI/UX design
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles
- Experience working with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment
- Exceptional leadership abilities, mentor & develop talent
