Head of Design

Blink22 is seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead their design team and drive innovation across their product offerings. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of design, including UI/UX, graphic design, and branding, while aligning designs with business goals and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a proven track record of leading successful design projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
• Expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as responsive design.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong focus on mentoring and developing talent.
