Data Impact Coordinator

We are seeking a Data Impact Coordinator to interpret data and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, ensuring accurate and consistent measurement of program outcomes and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Design and implement tools and systems to monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
• Collect and manage program data
• Analyze program data to assess impact, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
• Create regular reports and visual dashboards to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support grant reporting and fundraising efforts with accurate program data and impact stories.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all evaluation activities.
• Provide training and support to program staff on data collection methods and evaluation best practices.
• Stay current on evaluation methodologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
