Engagement Lodging Specialist

We are looking for an Engagement Lodging Specialist to support our enterprise client extended-stay lodging programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in lodging programs and supplier engagement, with a focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate travel, lodging program, or extended stay experience
• Proven experience with hotel sourcing, rate negotiation, and supplier engagement
• Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy and process adherence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred); and Cvent (Lanyon Sourcing) platform
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
