The Product Experience (ProdX) team is looking for a Product Coach to help accelerate the development and impact of product management at Bloomberg. The Product Coach will design and deliver training, coach product managers and teams, and partner with product leaders and executives to build better products, sharper strategies, and stronger ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, including time as a product leader or senior IC responsible for strategy, discovery, and delivering outcomes.
- Experience of coaching or developing product managers or product teams, through formal coaching, mentoring, training, or leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of modern product management practices, from mindset and values to tools and techniques, with appreciation that one size does not fit all.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering engaging, effective training.
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders and teams to influence product strategy, decision-making, and prioritization.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and guide groups through structured thinking.
- Experience launching new products, evolving existing ones, or transforming teams and processes.
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility, bringing rigor without overprescribing, and adapting your approach to the context at hand.
