Job Description
The Administrative Support Associate (ASC) supports the GM and the Customer Experience, focusing on providing excellent customer and colleague service. This role involves executing administrative functions, handling store operations, and supporting HR initiatives. The ASC is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusivity.
Requirements
- Serve as gatekeeper for GM schedule and point person for escalated issues.
- Provide exceptional customer experience both in-store and online.
- Execute travel planning and expense report coordination.
- Maintain awareness of business plans and initiatives.
