The Administrative Support Associate (ASC) provides essential support to the GM and the Customer Experience, executing store administrative functions and supporting the People Strategy. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with responsibility for organization, communication, and compliance. It is a part-time, temporary position focused on supporting the company's customer experience and driving overall store performance.
Requirements
- Serve as gatekeeper for GM schedule and point person for escalated customer/employee issues.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring both in-store and online customers are the top priority.
- Manage all Conference Calls, Skype meetings and other meetings.
- Develop and maintain all store reports.
- Assist with sourcing and managing applicants through online resources and in-store referral program.
- Ensure payroll functions, including requesting final pay (where applicable).
- Ensure People Leader completion of review and goal setting processes.
