Senior Provisioning Specialist

Bloomreach is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Provisioning Specialist to join our dynamic Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue, this role will collaborate closely with key teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.

Requirements

• 5+ years combined of Provisioning and/or Order Management experience at fast paced, high growth organizations. SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven experience with process improvements, learning new systems and ability to work through ambiguity
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite a strong plus
• Strong problem solving skills with the initiative to research and resolve issues independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong with Word and Excel
• Desire to work in a fast-growing, exciting, and agile business
• Highly interpersonal and ability to work in a team environment, including teammates in other locations across the world
