Job Description
Founding Growth Marketing Lead at Blossom Health, responsible for digital growth, marketing strategy, and execution. Opportunity to build and scale from the ground up, with direct exposure to founders, product, and operations. Hyper-growth environment, high trust and autonomy, and real impact on mental health care access.
Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with strong performance outcomes
- Hands-on experience managing paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) at scale
- Owned monthly marketing budgets in the $500K-$1M+ range
- Experience scaling brands through organic social and creator-driven content
