Requirements

• 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development experience
• At least 2+ years as a team lead or frontline manager directly leading SDRs
• Personal experience with hiring, onboarding, and promoting 10+ SDRs
• Revenue responsibility and consistent hitting or exceeding team targets
• Data-driven sales process with knowledge of conversion rates, activity benchmarks, pipeline math
• Fluency in German (native or near-native) and proficiency in English
• Familiarity with ERP systems, P2P/O2C processes, or selling to industrial/manufacturing verticals
