Founder's Associate / Partner Operations & Growth (m/f/d)

As a Founders Associate, you'll work directly with our leadership team to scale our network of Meister-led craft partners. You'll onboard new partners, improve their commercial and administrative processes, and design the automations that power their growth.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in tech, operations, consulting, or VC- ideally with exposure to SaaS, field operations, or vertical software
• Highly structured and analytical - you love building systems and documenting how things work
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset - excited to take ownership and work hands-on with partners
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate confidently with Meister and business owners
• Comfortable using tools like Attio, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
