We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our team at Bluegr Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the P&C team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Support in performance review cycles and talent development planning
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and internal systems in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee services
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
