Requirements

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Support the processing of weekly payroll
• Ensure the management of all types of leave
• Provide guidance to managers and employees
• Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and career development initiatives
