The Marketing Operations Specialist II is an experienced marketing operations professional responsible for independently managing core operational processes, budgets, and cross-functional workflows. This role owns day-to-day marketing financial operations, including budget tracking, expense reconciliation, accruals, and vendor coordination, while serving as a key liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing/business experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for timelines/tasks.
- Proven experience managing a large budget within a marketing organization.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of accounting and budget reconciliation principles.
- Highly desired team player with effective communication skills and strong project management background.
- Excellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end, applying marketing principles and creative development best practices.
