Marketing Operations Specialist

Cialfo is a leading platform connecting students, higher education institutions, and counselors through technology-driven solutions. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Central Marketing team and take ownership of maintaining marketing systems and internal operations.

Requirements

• Maintain Airtable bases, Notion trackers, and Google Drive folders used by the marketing team.
• Ensure asset repositories are updated with final designs, decks, and campaign content.
• Record campaign budgets and actual spend, tagging finance documentation accurately.
• Support campaign reporting by updating dashboards and providing clean, tagged data.
• Manage campaign forms (e.g., registrations, surveys, feedback), ensuring accurate links and formatting.
• Monitor shared checklists and trackers to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• Document operational processes and SOPs to support team-wide clarity and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, finance, sales,) to gather inputs and maintain workflow consistency.
