Director, Advanced Analytics Lead, Strategic Insights & Analytics

The Director, Advanced Analytics Lead will lead quantitative analyses of various datasets, drive business performance through actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform brand strategy and patient segmentation. The role will also involve identifying novel AI use cases, translating complex data findings into clear recommendations, and providing strategic decision support.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 8-10+ years of experience, including 4 years of direct involvement in advanced analytics using various datasets
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD) or other equivalent experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience in rare disease analytics
• Demonstrated track record showing high business impact by leveraging AI/machine learning
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) a plus
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to influence brand strategy and tactical execution through data-driven insights and recommended actions
• Strong communication skills with executive presence
