Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Cash Management Team Lead to join their Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team in Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves resolving client accounts, managing a small-to-medium-sized team, and providing technical support to both internal and external clients. The team works to impact the global financial system by utilizing AI, cutting-edge technologies and a strong culture of innovation.
Requirements
- High school/secondary school education or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of technical and management experience preferred
- Prior experience with SWIFT messaging highly preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, especially SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus
