Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Payments Enablement Platform Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role focuses on supervising and managing a client processing support team, handling accounts, and using technology to improve processes and provide exceptional client service. The team aims to modernize and simplify how clients interact with BNY's financial services.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of technical and management experience preferred
- Experience supervising/managing a small client processing team
- Ability to use digital tools & AI to enhance the user experience
- Strong understanding of financial services principles
