Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead to join our Payments Investigations team in Manchester, UK. As a team lead, you will supervise and manage a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, manage daily transactional workflow, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions and effective teamwork.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience of technical elements and management preferred
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
