Job Description
BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, Application Support Manager to join their Conventional Trust Production Service Platform team. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting applications, troubleshooting complex issues, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in software and IT infrastructure, preferably within the securities or financial services industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in multiple IT areas.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, DevOps, and tools like Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Oracle, Python, Splunk, App Dynamics, AI and Terraform.
- Success with coding experience and .NET development.
- Previous experience supporting with .NET development, Java, Angular, Kafka, Hazle Cast, SQL and Sybase.
- Strong background in Agile Methodologies, DevOps and troubleshooting.
