Job Description
BNY is a leading global financial services company seeking a Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join their Production Services Team. The role involves resolving complex application issues, acting as an SME, and leading investigations. Collaboration with Infrastructure and Application Development teams is crucial. This position involves occasional weekend and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Strong customer commitment.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Experience with databases, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, .Net, and Java
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Prometheus, AppDynamics, and Moogsoft.
