Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President of Production Services Application Support to join the Wealth Services Platform – Environment & Production Services team in Jersey City, NJ. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving service disruptions, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining application documentation. The position requires expertise in application support and involves managing SLAs, participating in CAB meetings, and automating processes. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with experience in the securities or financial services industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in multiple areas of information technology
