Job Description
Board Intelligence is seeking a Legal Director to be the principal in-house legal advisor to a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. This role involves leading all legal business matters, advising senior leadership, and coordinating with external counsel. The Legal Director will be a proactive business partner focused on translating legal concepts and driving commercial value.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or overseas jurisdiction)
- Previous in-house legal experience, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and data privacy
- Experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Desirable: International legal frameworks, M&A exposure
